Subject C: Communications and consultations with social partners and other non-governmental actors
Several ILS matters require communications and/or consultations with social partners. We would like to know about how communications and consultations are handled in your country.
Please say below if there is a system in place for managing consultation processes.
Please say below what, if anything, is done to motivate social partners’ involvement in ILS matters. What is done if no or a weak response is received to contacts or consultations?
Please say below what, if anything, is done to engage other non-governmental actors in ILS processes, i.e. standards-setting, supervision of standards, ratification processes, etc.
If a digital file will help us better understand your good example, please add it here.
