Cela facilite la localisation par l\u2019OIT des documents envoy\u00e9s puisque tous les documents sont envoy\u00e9s au minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et, ensuite, envoy\u00e9s directement au bureau de l\u2019OIT au minist\u00e8re du Travail.
