Report of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations [Report III (Part A)]
The Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations is an independent body composed of 20 outstanding legal experts at the national and international levels, charged with examining the application of Conventions and Recommendations by ILO member States. This is the most recent annual report of the Committee of Experts, which covers numerous matters related to the application of international labour standards.
Report of the Conference Committee on the Application of Standards
The Conference Committee on the Application of Standards is a standing tripartite body of the International Labour Conference, which examines each year the report published by the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations. Its report also covers the discussion of individual cases.
The Standards Initiative
The standards initiative aims to enhance the relevance of ILS through a standards review mechanism (SRM) and to consolidate tripartite consensus on an authoritative supervisory system.
