The latest edition of the Report of the Conference Committee on the Application of Standards (CAs) is available on the ILO website. In many individual cases the CAS draws up conclusions recommending that governments take specific steps to remedy a problem or to invite ILO missions or technical assistance.
Handbook of Procedures
The Centenary edition of the Handbook of Procedures on ILS is available.
The new “Handbook of procedures relating to international labour Conventions and Recommendations” is available on the ILO website since May 2019. Important changes have been reflected in this revised edition, most particularly related to the reporting cycle for ratified technical Conventions.
Report of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations
The 2019 report of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations is available and contains observations concerning particular countries that cover the sending of reports, the application of ratified Convention, and the obligation to submit instruments to the competent national authorities.
The latest edition of the Report of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations (CEACR) has been published and is available on the ILO website. The work of the CEACR constitutes the cornerstone of the ILO’s supervisory system on international labour standards.
