The challenge of having a sufficient quantity and quality of human resource within the ministries and departments of social partner organizations able to engage in ILS reporting and substantive issues is a common one. The list below is of good practices that make the best of existing resources – improving them, making them more effective – so that they can be best deployed in dealing with ILS matters. The list is presented in alphabetical order.
