Communication and consultations with social partners

Article 23, paragraph 2, of the ILO Constitution requires communication of reports to the social partners. The Tripartite Consultation (International Labour Standards) Convention, 1976 (No. 144), obliges consultations with the social partners on all ILS reports. This is a collection of practices dealing with these matters.
