ILO action
- Upon receipt of article 22 reports, and without entering into substance, the Office checks to see whether the reports contain:
(a) replies to any comments of the Committee of Experts or conclusions of the Conference Committee;
(b) information regarding the representative organizations of employers and workers to whom copies of the reports have been sent; and
(c) the required documentation including laws and regulations which are not otherwise available. In cases of failures in these respects, the Office sends reminders to the governments concerned. - Observations from employers’ and workers’ organizations may be sent directly to the Office. The Office acknowledges receipt of the observations and simultaneously forwards a copy to your Government so that you may respond.
