Observations from representative organizations of employers and workers can be submitted either to your Government or directly to the Office. Governments are required to attach to their reports any observations they have received. Observations may or may not relate specifically to the yearly reports. If you choose to submit your observations directly to the Office, the Office acknowledges receipt and simultaneously forwards a copy to the government concerned so that it may respond.
